The Story Behind Bluspace

We didn’t start Bluspace with a business plan.

It began when we realized we no longer liked the way business was being done around us.

After 20+ years in technology and customer service, we watched relationships between company and customer slowly become more about dollar signs than people. That wasn’t the kind of company we wanted to be part of, and it definitely wasn’t the kind we wanted to build. Along the way, we learned that the lessons that matter most aren’t really about technology. They’re about people.

Some experiences showed us exactly what we wanted to build. Others showed us exactly what we didn’t. We’re grateful for both.

So, we created the kind of company we would want to do business with: one where your word means something, people take ownership, and doing the right thing doesn’t require a meeting first.

We don’t nickel-and-dime our clients or try to turn every interaction into an invoice. We’re transparent; we’ll tell you when you don’t need something, and we’d rather be remembered for how we treated you than how cleverly we marketed ourselves.

Our approach is a little old-fashioned. We believe the customer comes first, relationships still matter, and the way you treat people says more about your company than anything you could ever say about yourself.

Bluspace is built around three things we believe should never go out of style:

Integrity. People. Connection.

Do what’s right. Care about the person. Build a relationship that means something.

We’re not trying to build the biggest IT company. We’re trying to build one worth belonging to.We know our clients and they know us. Relationships matter, trust is earned, and people always come first.

Technology is always changing. The way we treat people never will.

That’s why we started Bluspace.
